Data controller
BeeSmartAutomation (“we”) is the controller of the personal data you send us through this website. You can reach us at the email and phone number shown at the bottom of the page.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email or phone, number of machines and your message.
- Subscriptions and payments: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the name, email, billing address and VAT number you enter on the payment page. Card details never reach us.
- Technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs, kept for up to 30 days for security.
Why we use it
- to answer your enquiry and propose a solution and a demo (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (a));
- to provide your subscription and issue invoices (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c));
- to protect the website from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Billing data is kept for the period required by accounting law.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and email providers, and Stripe for payments. We don’t sell data or share it for advertising.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies: remembering your language choice and, for administrators, a login session. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
